During my efforts to reach out to Ukrainian academics, one of them sent me this petition signed by the Minister of Education and Science of Ukraine, the President of the National Academy of Sciences of Ukraine, and many others. In short, it calls for a boycott of Russian scientific institutions and academics. I know many of us would like to think academia should be above worldly concerns, but remember that we are not the ones being bombed and that many academics in Russia are not against this war.
